Program Policies (FBE-B-LA) (continued) Cancellation by Student In the event a Program reservation is cancelled by you for any reason, you must notify us via email. a. If notice of cancellation is received by us 7 days or more prior to the Program start date, you will be refunded your full Program tuition less a 10% administrative fee. b. If notice of cancellation is received by us 24 hours to 6 days prior to the Program start date, you will be refunded your full Program tuition less a 50% cancellation fee. c. If notice of cancellation is received by us less than 24 hours prior to the Program start date or after the Program has commenced, no refund will be given. Program Content & Itineraries Participating in our Programs involve compromise to accommodate the diverse desires, goals, personalities, physical abilities, and photographic skills of the participants. While Program content and/or Program itineraries are carefully planned, they are not a guaranteed schedule of activities, events, or participation. We will use its best efforts to deliver the Program content and/or itinerary outlined in the Program description, however, we retain the right and discretion to change the content and/or itinerary as deemed necessary by us. Email Notices Notices and if applicable, itineraries, regarding the Program will be provided to you via email to the email address you have provided in your online enrollment form.
