4th Annual Fashion Photography Week In Paris (FPW-PAR)
Enrollment
You must be at least 18 years old and a current or recent student (within the last 5 years) at any accredited U.S. school to enroll in the 4th Annual Fashion Photography Week In Paris ("Program"). International students please contact us for additional information. We may waive the current or recent student requirement on a case-by-case basis. A completed online enrollment form and a portfolio review are required. A link to your website or online gallery for the portfolio review should be included in your enrollment form. If you do not have a website or photos in an online gallery, submit the enrollment form and send a separate email with "Enrollment Submission" in the subject line. Include 10 low-resolution jpegs of your photography, your name and the date you enrolled in the body of the email. We may also request an in-person or phone interview. Applicants will receive an email within three (3) business days with acceptance or non-acceptance details. If you are accepted, it will include payment instructions and an Enrollment Agreement (PDF) that you are required to fax or mail to Photographic Commerce LLC ("Photographic") prior to the enrollment deadline.
Payment
Tuition is in U.S. dollars and can be paid online (credit card or PayPal), by phone (credit card) or by mail (check or money order). A deposit of $500 is required for the Program by the published deposit deadline, unless you are paying in full when enrolling. The balance or full payment is due by the published Final Payment date, unless a payment arrangement has been made in writing prior to the start date ("Payment Plan"). When your payment(s) and Enrollment Agreement are received, Photographic will send an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation within two (2) business days, it is your responsibility to contact Photographic. If a stop payment order is put on a check, or if a check is returned to Photographic by your banking institution, a $30 processing fee will be charged. If we do not receive your signed Enrollment Agreement, you cannot participant in our Program.
Trip Orientation and Email Notices
Notices regarding the Program will be provided to you via email by Photographic to the email address you have provided in your online enrollment form. It is your responsibility to keep up with these notice(s) as they may contain important information or changes to the Program and/or itinerary. Photographic will notify you in advance regarding a group orientation prior to departure. During the orientation Photographic will review the itinerary, go over useful information including trip guidelines and answer any questions you may have. In the event you cannot attend a scheduled orientation or an orientation is not scheduled, a printed itinerary will be provided to you via U.S. mail or email download (PDF).
Cancellation and Non-Acceptance by Photographic
Photographic reserves the right to cancel any Program and/or Program activity and to accept or decline any person as a member of any Program. A Program may be cancelled due to low enrollment, conflicts, or events beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, Photographic shall notify you by email in advance of the Program's start date and refund your entire tuition or you may elect to transfer the payment to another Program of the same value, if you meet eligibility requirements. Photographic will email you with confirmation of your transfer request. In the event of non-acceptance, Photographic shall notify you by email within seven (7) days of a portfolio review and/or phone or in-person interview.
