Program Policies (FPW-PAR) (continued) Cancellation by Student In the event a Program reservation is cancelled by you for any reason, you must notify us via email. a. If notice of cancellation is received by us 60 or more days prior to the Program start date, you will be refunded your full Program tuition less a 5% administrative fee. b. If notice of cancellation is received by us 15-59 days prior to the Program start date, you will be refunded your full Program tuition less a 50% cancellation fee. c. If notice of cancellation is received by us 3-14 days prior to the Program start date, you will be refunded your full Program tuition less a 75% cancellation fee. d. If notice of cancellation is received by us less than 72 hours prior to the Program start date or after the Program has commenced, no refund will be given. Medical You are responsible for selecting a Program appropriate to your physical abilities and interests, and for being in sufficiently good health to undertake the Program. When selecting our Program, you should not knowingly have any physical or mental conditions, or disabilities, that would create risk for you or other participants. You are responsible for making sure your immunizations and prescriptions are up-to-date prior to Programs requiring travel. You should seek the opinion of a physician before traveling, especially if you have had health problems or concerns. We are not responsible for your medical care, prescriptions, and/or any special dietary requirements. Medical services or facilities may not be readily available during all or part of the Program, including medical care, presence of physicians, and adequate medication. Airfare, Ground Transfers and Travel Insurance You are responsible for securing your own airline ticket with the option of booking any airline and flight. After being accepted into our Program and deposit received, we will email you information about group airfares and a specified window for arrival and departure to/from the Program destination. If you choose to secure different arriving/departing flights than those we have identified, your own arrival and departure should correspond within the specified window in order to take advantage of group ground transportation. If you miss the specified window for any reason, including a delayed flight arrival, you must secure and pay for your own transportation to and/or from the hotel.
